Ok service. I had to close my account because this back can't be found anywhere outside of the northwest!!!
The atm in the drive thru works about 10% of the time. Tonight it went to return my card and ejected it below the card opening slot. So, I was unable to pull it out. The only way to grab it would have been to use pliers... but by that time it had locked closed. Out of the 2 years I have been going to that bank, the atm has only ever allowed me to deposit cash 1 time. This branch seems to be poorly managed and the customer service from this bank and the entire bank of America staff has been absolutely horrible. I am going to a credit union right away.
I set an appointment to see a mortgage officer, but when I arrived was told it would be another 20 minutes. I left after 15. Guess they didn't want my business that bad.
Worst customer service ever. Boycott B of A!
Key Bank got my business. That was quick and easy.
This branch never answers their phones, some day's not at all and other days I have to redial 15 times to get someone to answer. I have talked to a bank rep. about this and no change in response times.
