This used to be my favorite car wash until the canopy on my pickup was damaged about 3/4 of the way through the wash. The manager on duty at the time said she heard the noise and was concerned; she instructed me to fill out an incident report and get an estimate to have the damage fixed. I turned in the estimate and again, local management was helpful in letting me know the next steps. However, since the estimate was given to "corporate" for review, I've not heard anything. So much for taking responsibility for your business. I won't risk damaging my vehicle again.

I like how they actually work on cleaning your car. I think it's a better service then the fully automated car washes!

There was a massive truck in front of me, they spent so much time scrubbing and pressure washing it. I figured my tiny car (Chevy Sonic) would be so clean given the time they seemed to spend on this truck. I pulled up and they rushed me through missing 3 giant spots on the back of my car. Plus, the soap didn't rinse all the way off at the end of the wash. Frustrated that I spent 8 bucks to not even have a clean car, while they detailed the huge truck in front of me who spent the same 8 bucks I'm sure. I then went to vacuum my car, it cost another $1. I rushed vacuuming my car and it shut down when I still had one more floor mat to get! You pay one buck and it doesn't even give you time to adequately clean your car? I spent 9 bucks for a partially clean car. Bullshit. Oregon City car wash by Freds is 75 cents and 6.50 to wash, been going there for years and thought I'd try Red Barn. Never had them miss such huge spots, theres no soap left over and their vacuums actually give you plenty of time to get your whole car! Red Barn sucks. I guess it's a good deal if you have a huge truck, but you'd think having a little car would GUARANTEE a clean car for 9 bucks.

There are a couple of vacuums located on the property for your use at one dollar for each 3 to 4 minutes of use. Two prices depending on what level of service you want, I went for the 10 buck carwash. Drove into the structure, the attendant pressure washed the outside, then went over the car with a large brush and soapy water to scrub off the heavy road dirt, he followed that up with freshwater rinse, then sent me through the carwash which washed the car again with soapy water, followed by yet another freshwater rinse and blow dry. Nice way to keep the car somewhat clean in a wet environment. Great value.

Great service. They get my car consistently clean. Everything is done quickly and efficiently.
