My wife did have a difficult experience on visit #2 or 3. After our most recent visit, we are chalking that up to the girl having a bad day and the software not being able to find my account based on name alone but was found with my phone number.

When my wife and I had to wait for them to unlock the doors, we noticed Wilco had officially closed 35-45 minutes earlier. Yes, we spent 100's of dollars on our first visit but any one of them could have told us they were trying to close.
Tried to buy sale item boot, but they were out in OC, but they found my size at another store, called and set them aside for me. Called me back to let me know they found them! Given my size was out everywhere, I was thrilled to find them at all. The Muck boot (Arctic Sport II, tall) was $149 at Walmart, $169 at Dick's and $55 at Wilco, Yes, $55. They fit great, are very warm. Thank you, Wilco!
Wilco is generally good due to the fact they're a farm store as well as a hardware store. However dont expect them to honor their price matching policy. They will do whatever they can to get out of it. They never teach the new people so you're always talking to someone who's never done it. It will take 20 minutes for them to call the other store for a price confirmation. So if you want a price matched don't bother bringing in a receipt they dont care. The other store has to be open, they have to be slow enough to answer the phone and both parties have to be competent enough to figure out what the other is talking about. Why didn't you just go to the other store? That was totally worth 3 dollars, right?
I will not go anywhere else for my dog as long as I live in OC.
I recently adopted a dog and went here for the first time to prepare the day before I picked her up. My wife and I had a lot of shopping to do. Everyone was extremely helpful with more than just our questions. Nearing the end of my first shopping trip on the dog treat aisle next to the registers, an employee told me they were going to close soon. I made a few quick decisions on treats and some training rewards.
