Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I had a key copied at Fred Meyer that didn't work, this guy did it right for me, and offered that I could throw it at him if it didn't work. I didn't have to take him up on that because it worked perfectly.

Showed up on time and worked fast. Problem is he left half way through the job and left me for an emergency service call at home with my locks on the doors removed. When he returned almost two hours later he told me that he received two additional calls and took care of them before he returned. This is poor customer service. If you are already at a job finish it and put the others at the end of the list. Then he still charged me full price for the work he did. I had to miss half my work shift because he can't finish a job before moving on to the next.
