Staff doesn't always acknowledge people when they come in. Understandable when they are busy, but definitely not when they're standing around chatting.

Great place for live music. Good food. Good service.
Used to be FANTASTIC... then the owner fired all his long-time bartenders for younger, less qualified employees. He literally fired bartenders who had been at Trails End for 20+ years that knew the musicians & everyone's usual drink order... replaced them with younger, less well paid staff. The difference is obvious. All the regulars now drink at other bars, with owners that care about good bartenders. Such a sad demise of a successful business.
